Synthetic
stucco, or EIFS, is a great product, but unfortunately the birds think
so too! Bird damage can occur from woodpeckers or small finches who will peck at the stucco until they bore a hole
into the foam underlayment where they can nest. This creates a weather
protected and predator safe area for
the birds. There are options for your chimney repair from these bird holes. We can repair and refinish these areas to match
the existing finish on your home; or install a hardcoat stucco trimband with any design you choose.
We also offer a bird repellant warranty. This procedure is applied
to the EIFS stucco chimney trimbands and comes with a 6
month warranty against further damage.
