There are many areas around a home where water damage can occur causing wood rot. More often than not the problem will be around windows and doors. ACS, Inc. will access the damage, then remove and replace the window sills, brickmold, sill connectors, door jambs, or the entire unit if necessary.

When the rotten wood is removed we replace it with the latest "no rot" products available, such as Hardiboard, PVC or Miratec. This eliminates long term maintenance costs for the homeowner. The project is then completed to include caulking, priming and painting of all areas we replace.
